SHANGHAI SAIFUEL INSPECTION AND TESTING CORP. LTD., formerly a subsidiary of Shanghai Materials Administration, was established in March 1961. Since obtaining CMA national certification in November 1996, it has been recognized as an authoritative coal inspection agency with professional expertise and rigorous analysis, issuing fair, just, and credible inspection reports to the public and having the capability to provide legally binding arbitration reports that are crucial in dispute resolution and investor compensation mechanisms. So far, it has more than 10 testing branches.
